Communication
1) What is communication? How many types of communication are there? Make a list of communication elements.
Communication in the general sense is the exchange of feelings, thoughts, information, etc. Communication activities are done through speech communication, e-communication etc. It consists of listening, speaking, reading, writing, watching etc. Language is an important part of communication.
The types are as follows:
- Verbal communication
- Written communication
- Signal communication
Elements of communication:
1) Two or more parties or persons
2) The medium of communication
3) Sender
4) Recipient
5) Accept the information received
6) Understand the information correctly
7) Respond to information
2) What are the barriers to effective communication?
Various elements that can interfere with the communication system are called communication blockers. Communication individually or collectively should be open and repetitive. There should be no obstruction. But sometimes there are various obstacles in the communication process. The major obstacles that appear in effective communication are as follows;
(A) Psychological Barriers
The psychological state of the people involved in the communication process can prevent active communication. A person’s tendency to choose information, knowledge load, emotions and rational style can create barriers to effective communication. The sender or sender of the information may invalidate the personal information by making unnecessary additions to the fraudulent use of the information.
(B) Semantic Barriers
Misinterpreting words or phrases can disrupt communication. Different communities have different languages. Language also affects the country, religion, culture and age. If the recipient does not understand the language or intent of the sender, the meaning may be lost. Similarly, using technical language and acronyms in the communication process may not work. Therefore, language and words should be used sparingly.
(C) Physical Barriers
This is a natural barrier that arises during the communication process. This includes things like physical setting, distance, sound. There should be a proper relationship between the recipient and the sender of the message or details. Without proper arrangements, effective communication between them will not work. Information sent to one group may be accessible to another. If there is a long distance between the sender and the recipient while the data is in progress, the recipient will not be able to access the data successfully.
(D) Obstacles to the Organization
Even internal factors can interfere with communication. This includes incorrect planning, complex structure, dignity, importance, etc. If a bad program is designed for message signing, communication methods, conversions, etc., it will have a negative impact on communication performance. If there is a very broad structure in an organization, it affects the communication system. Similarly, because of the employees' self-esteem, the manager does not want to contact the assistant. This reduces the performance of the information.
3) Analyze the impact of effective communication on your life by mentioning them.
The means of effective communication are as follows;
1) Verbal communication

3) Signal communication
If messages are exchanged on the basis of signals without using words in any language, such communication is called sign communication. This includes gestures, gestures, gestures, facial expressions, and so on.
The impact and importance of communication can be mentioned as follows;

4) Confirm with examples the fact that effective communication helps to establish effective relationships.
Communication is the main means of communicating one's thoughts with others.
It helps to convey your idea plan message to others and find out something else. But various barriers to communication affect the effectiveness of communication. Therefore, communication can be done in an effective and clear manner only when the qualities required in communication are fulfilled. Being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important life skills. People who treat those people well are strong verbal and non-verbal communicators and are often considered "good people".
