The author of the poem is Gopal Prasad Rimal and he has written poems in prose style using the sentiments of nationalism, motherly love, revolutionary sentiments and images.

The poem depicts the absence of democracy in Nepal at a time when autocratic dictatorship was prevalent in Nepal.

The poet has expressed the feeling that a revolution is needed to eradicate the then autocratic system of government prevailing in Nepal through the dialogue of mother and son.

Analyzing from the figurative style, the mother (Nepalese mother) is the son (Nepalese warriors) and that means the symbol of revolution.

The mother of Nepal, who has suffered from exploitation, oppression, discrimination and unrest, has called on her sons, namely Nepalis, to make a revolution, pointing out that a revolution is needed to get rid of it in the hope of change.

The poem seeks to refer not only to the revolution but also to the future generation with revolutionary potential. The poem seeks to talk about the future generations born of the mother of Nepal (patriotic warriors) who will fight for Nepal.

The Nepalese mother knows that it is not possible for the present generation to make a revolution, so she expected every son born to her to have the ability to make a revolution, but it has not materialized yet. In this prose poem, the poet has beautifully expressed the feelings that the mother is telling to her present sons.
