Summary
This is an essay which deals with the real life experiences of the writer and boasts about the importance of travelling and tourism. Her adventure have been adventurous. She opted for the Dhaulagiri Circuit as her route.
It was exciting since she hiked the lower Great Himalayan Trail and took several interesting diversions, covering a distance equivalent to around 25% of the Nepal Himalaya. She visited locations that are off-limits to visitors.
What she saw and felt was as if she had been transported back in time to the Middle Ages. She developed basic instincts, human intuition, and a sense of oneness with nature to help her survive in the harsh western area.
She was able to escape the tedium of daily life and her job by doing something she enjoyed. Even if life is hectic, she learned to escape it by going from one location or activity to the next, attempting to acquire as much information as possible. So, this trip was adventurous, mind refresher and educational for her.
